You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

The return period begins from the date of delivery confirmation.

  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • With original tags and labels attached
  • Not damaged or worn
  • Within the 14-day return period

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Perishable goods
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 14 days

4. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original receipt or order confirmation
  4. Schedule a pickup or drop off at our designated location

We provide free return shipping for eligible returns within Georgia.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 business days)

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference.

Exchanges are subject to the same return policy terms and conditions.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
